James was struggling with a flash heavy site and the designer was being a pain and not making the necessary changes. I stripped out all the tables and left a simple HTML/CSS layout that was much easier to update and maintain. We are still working on the content but it has already made a difference to the ranking of the site and allows us to add new pages are needed (which was almost impossible with the old design.

Another addition was a much more robust contact form. The old site used jotform which meant relying on and external provider. The new contact form has a lot of on page validation making for a better user experience.
